From Sandy in the office to Shelley doing the interview and Brooke doing the ultra sound, all were so friendly and caring.
Lisa explained the results and the treatment plan thoroughly.
I’m sure when I return and start treatment I will be met with the same friendliness. To be continued …….

All personnel are excellent. Their customer service skills are more than excellent. They are very professional, knowledgable, courteous, and make you feel at home. They clearly explain the procedure and the instructions to follow afterwards. They also call the next day to ask “how you are feeling” and that you can call if you need to. I am 120% satisfied.
