I do recommend Vascular Vein Center of Waterford, because this is my 4th. Visit, sice I enter the first time staff is special, also billingual. They make you feel like family! Dr. Colin Doyle put special attention on what I was saying. Told me exactly what it needs to be done. FU visits, Dee did my ultrasounds, she is awesome, caring and explain everything. Next visits Dr. Hart did my 2 procedures, explained everything step by step, then called me home to see how I was doing. Dr. Doyle each visit explained to me, next steps to follow which will help me. This is the best place to come, all of them treat you like family. Didn't catch receptionist name, but some staff like Cassie, Denise, Valerie, Courtney...it's a 5 star Team. Thank You!

Lisa explains what will & is happening thru your procedures. And, what to expect at home. She is factual & very alert to patient concerns. Very clear with communications-this ls very much aporeciated!!

I had a wonderful experience during my procedure. Shardae was gentle, and followed up with me to make sure I was doing ok after I left. Tara explained what she was seeing with the ultrasound before my injection was done. I had barely any discomfort after my procedure (but I also followed the post op instructions).

Everyone is so nice. Makes you feel comfortable and explains all the procedures. Doctors call you after procedures to see how you feel.

Colin and the team made me feel completely at ease from the first moment I met them. My procedure was thoroughly explained. I experienced no pain at all during or after the procedure. Colin called to check up on me and was so kind. The whole staff is just wonderful to work with.

Procedures are done by the doctor in the room they have. They explain all the details before, during and after the procedure, during the procedure and the options you have.
The doctor, nurses and all the staff are excellent. Very professional and respectful. The doctor contacts you the next day after the procedure to make sure everything is ok. I give them a 5+.
