Spider veins are thin vessel veins that are often red, blue or purple on the skin surfaces. They get their name from their appearance of a "spider web". While considered a cosmetic issue, spider veins can have a detrimental effect on a woman's appearance and self-esteem; they can also indicate a deeper vein issue.
When considering the treatment of your veins, it is important to obtain a practitioner who has years of experience and expertise. At the Vascular Vein centers, veins are our focus.
