Dr. Samuel P. Martin is a vascular specialist with over 30 years of experience. His educational background includes a B.A. from Yale University, a M.D. from Duke University, a general surgery residency at N.Y. Hospital-Cornell, and a vascular fellowship at the Ochsner Foundation Hospital. He was the first fellowship trained vascular surgeon in Central Florida. A founder and former head of the Central Florida Wound Care Center, Dr. Martin developed an interest in venous disease due to the fact that more than 50% of the wounds treated were a result of vein problems. He is currently on staff at Florida Hospital and Orlando Health. Dr. Martin is a former president of the Florida Vascular Society, and a representative of the Florida Vascular Society to the Carrier Advisory Committee (which deals with Medicare issues). He is a member of numerous regional and national vascular societies, including the Society for Vascular Surgery, Southern Association of Vascular Surgery, International Society of Vascular Surgery, the American College of Phlebology and the Society of Vascular Ultrasound. He recently earned board certification in the specialty of phlebology by the American Board of Phlebology. A phlebologist is a vein specialist.
Dr. Hugo V. Hart is a board certified surgeon with over 29 years of experience. His educational background includes a B.A. from Southern Connecticut State University, a M.D. from Universidad Nacional Pedro Henriquez Urena, Dominican Republic, and a general surgery residency at Bridgeport General Hospital. He is certified with the American College of Surgeons and the American Board of Surgeons. He has been practicing in the Central Florida area for over 23 years and is currently on staff at Orlando Regional Medical Center and Florida Hospital. Dr. Hart is an active member of the American College of Phlebology, the society for vein professionals. He is also certified in Tumescent Laser Liposuction by the Klein Institute, the world renowned leader in liposuction treatment and education. and a member of the National society of Cosmetic Physicians.
Dr. Hart is fluent in both English and Spanish.
Dr. Arnold is a board certified General Surgeon. He graduated from the University of Kentucky College of Medicine and did his residency at the University of South Florida. He is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons and the Southeastern Surgical Congress. Dr. Arnold is also a member of the American College of Phlebology, which is the professional society for vein doctors. Dr. Arnold is a member of the International Association for Physicians in Aesthetic Medicine and a certified skin care specialist with PCA, a leading skin care company which focuses on latest progressive treatments for problem skin.
Dr. Smith is a graduate of the Temple University/Pennsylvania College of Podiatric Medicine in Philadelphia. He was the first graduate of the first 4 year residency training program in the nation specializing in reconstructive and traumatologic surgery of the foot and ankle at the St. Joseph's Hospital in Philadelphia. Dr. Smith has practiced in the Central Florida area since 1989 and has be specializing in cosmetic vein care since 2005. He is board certified and serves as an examiner for the American Board of Podiatric Surgery. He is a member of the American College of Phlebology (specialty of veins).
Julie Kunitser is Board Certified Physician Assistant with many years of medical experience. She graduated from Western Michigan University, where she received her B.S. in business administration and her master's in medicine and business administration. Julie is a Licensed Physician Assistant in the State of Florida and the State of Michigan. She is an active member of the American College of Phlebology.
Lisa Lavoie is a board certified Physician Assistant with many years of medical experience. She graduated from the University of New Hampshire, where she received her B.S. in occupational therapy. She completed her master's degree in physician assistant studies at the University of Florida. Lisa is an active member of the College of Phlebology, Florida Association of Physician Assistants, and the American Academy of Physician Assistants.

She received her Bachelor of Science in nursing and master's degree in nursing from the University of Central Florida.
